4. When the amusement equipment is being maintained, the number of on-site operators shall not be less than two; on-site safety protection shall be implemented during the operation.

5. The service life of the amusement equipment shall not be higher than the service life specified in the relevant national laws or design review report. The rides that exceed the age limit need to be updated or a qualified unit can be used to renovate the equipment.
